We had the guest room which was reasonably large and brand-new with a bath in the middle. The location was comfortable and prime, 10 minutes' walk to the centre.

The brilliant and super location for the price, very close to the grassy park as well as the seafront in Lytham. And within short walking distance to Lytham War Memorial. Lovely beds in our double room. Brilliant service and decorated bedrooms.

Fairly clean hotel in a neat building near to Very close to shops, the bar/restaurant, and all local attractions. Very very good breakfast served with reasonably priced food. True 3-star experience, brilliant service. Quick check-in. The location brilliant and super so close to everything. And only a 5-minute walk from Lytham Methodists Church.

Great choice for weekend. Gorgeous and quirky accommodation with incredible setting very close to the bustling centre of Lytham, Southport and all the restaurants.

The location was marvellous and lovely, staff were amazingly nice. Blackpool International airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car. The restaurant was beautiful for lunch or dinner here, I had fresh dishes.
